Roof repair and replacement with an estimated cost of $13,500.00. 

Paint exterior of house. Estimated cost is $17,500.00. 

The kitchen equipment is badly outdated and  in need of repair. Estimated cost of kitchen remodel, including equipment, is $57,500.00. 

The plumbing in the second and third floor bathrooms is causing damage. Estimated cost to repair plumbing and update hardware: $14,100.00. 

Repaint The Great Hall. Estimated cost: $10,000.00. 

Replace furniture. Estimated cost: $20,000.00. 

Remodel the Ruffin Room at an estimated cost of $7,500.00. ----This room will be used as a limited-access study and awards display room. 

Repairs to dining room. Estimated cost: $2,500.00. 

Repairs to the first floor bathrooms. Estimated cost: $2,000.00. 

Trimming trees to protect roof. Estimated cost: $5,000.00. 

Pay off unsecured operating loan owed to BB&T in the present principal sum of $75,000.00. 

We ultimately hope to raise at least $1 million through this capital campaign. With any funds in excess of those needed to make the above-stated repairs and capital improvements, we will establish a maintenance endowment to fund preventative maintenance and future capital needs.
